Whipped Feta and Herb Dip

- ¾ cup feta
- ¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until feta is whipped to a thick, creamy consistency.
- Serve with whole grain crackers, pita, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced bell peppers, etc.
