Whipped Feta and Herb Dip

  • ¾ cup feta
  • ¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until feta is whipped to a thick, creamy consistency.
  2. Serve with whole grain crackers, pita, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced bell peppers, etc.
