Ingredients
  • 12 ounces strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings
  • Variety of fruit for dipping: bananas, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, etc.
Instructions

  4. Roast for about 18 minutes, or just until the berries soften and begin to release their juices.

  6. Strain any excess liquid from the greek yogurt and add to the puree, stirring to combine.
  7. Using a vegetable peeler, sprinkle dark chocolate shavings over the dip.  Stir to combine all ingredients.
  8. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and serve chilled.
