My Near-Death Experience: Mom Was Young Again

Doctors declared me dead. My near-death experience left me with one question: what if everyone we’ve ever loved (and lost) is waiting for us?

After years of being sick, I got to a point where my body just couldn’t keep going.

I was living in a nursing home, and one day my heart stopped.

The doctors worked on me, but for a time, I was gone.

They actually declared me dead.

But during that time, something incredible happened.

I wasn’t in my body anymore. I was in some other world.

It’s hard to explain, but it was the most peaceful I’ve ever felt.

I wasn’t in pain and I wasn’t sick anymore.

I just felt incredible!

And then I saw my mom. She had passed years before at the age of 87, but there she was.

Only she didn’t look like she did at the end of her life.

She looked young again, really healthy and beautiful.

What I remember the most is that she had the most stunning, flowing red hair.

I remember trying to go to her.

All I wanted was to be with her.

But before I could reach her, a man stopped me.

He gently held my arm and told me I had to go back. He said it wasn’t my time.

I didn’t want to go back.

Not at all.

My body had been is so much pain, and this place was so perfect and wonderful.

But the next thing I knew, I was back.

Back in my body, back in the nursing home.

I wasn’t in that amazing place for long, and I didn’t get to find out much about the other side.

But I do know this: wherever I was, I felt completely at peace.

I wasn’t sick anymore.

There was this sense of love and beauty that’s hard to put into words.

And the best part: now I know my mom is there.
