This has been a super-busy, hectic week for me, but I wanted to take a minute to send out a huge thank you for all of your thoughtful questions, insights, and comments!
I’ve loved hearing from each of you and hope to set aside the time to respond to your individual questions this weekend.
I was hoping to reach like-minded fellow healthy-food-lovers like you when I started this blog, so it’s been so rewarding to hear all of your comments!
My plan for this weekend: cook up a storm to bring a new post or two to you next week.
But this blog is still brand new, and I’m just beginning to learn all of your tastes and likes. So I thought you might enjoy weighing in…
Here are my top five selections for my next two posts:
- Baked Salmon in Lemon-y Sauce – your search for an easy, foolproof baked salmon recipe ends here
- Poached Cod in Tomato-y Sauce – your search for an easy, foolproof poached fish recipe ends here
- Shepherd’s Pie with Winter Vegetables – one of my all-time favorites for winter and so satisfying you’d never guess the healthy ingredients hidden inside
- Meatball Pizza Supreme – simple, cheesy, and ready in about 20 minutes
- Spicy-Sweet Asian Chicken with Pineapple – delicious, fast, and easy for a weeknight meal
Any of these sound intriguing to you?
Do you see one you might like to try?
Please post a comment and let me know your thoughts! The two top choices will become my next two posts.
Hearing from you is a bright spot in my day, so thank you again for all of your great comments and thoughts.
Alright–I’m game. The tomato-y cod intrigues me, so it gets my vote. I’m trying to get the missus more into fish and this might be just the way to do it. Cheers!
I haven’t tried the winter vegetable pasta yet, but I have the ingredients and will try that in the next day or so – it looks amazing. To answer your question, I’m all for the salmon dish and the shepard’s pie. Have fun in the kitchen, I’ll be waiting for the posts!!!
the baked salmon sounds wonderful! My top pick!!!
Girl, these all sound intriguing to me! But if I had to pick, I’d say…the poached cod. I have little experience poaching fish and would love some foolproof directions!
Shepherds pie! 🙂
Poached Cod in Tomato-y Sauce …. I love cod – once in Oslo I got fresh Atlantic Cod in Red Wine, a memorable dish. Have a great weekend.
Shepards pie! YUM!
My vote goes for the spicy-sweet asian chicken with pineapple–I think my kids might even help with that one!
Asian Chicken and Shepard’s Pie sound delish during these cold Feb days:)
baked salmon and shepherd’s pie for me!!
Shepards pie, especially if it’s vegetarian…
Meatball Pizza Supreme would make my husband very happy!

Yup, Shepherd’s Pie please.
Baked Salmon in Lemon-y Sauce …… Sounds delicious
Loving your blog, so looking forward to any recipes you post, but I’d have to say I’m very interested in your salmon recipe and the shepherd’s pie 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend!
Baked Salmon in Lemon-y Sauce – ummm……already drooling….
Baked Salmon in Lemon-y Sauce, I watching my weight plus I love Salmon, so this recipe will be great!. Thanks!
Shepherd’s pie or salmon. Either sound fabulous.
Most definitely the salmon and the shepherd’s pie are my first choices. But they all look good and I would love to see them too, eventually!
