It wasn’t even close. The baked salmon and shepherd’s pie are the clear winners. So look for those recipes next week…
Thank you for choosing the shepherd’s pie. I love this dish and was hoping to have it for dinner this weekend.
I’ll definitely post the other recipes at a later date. Although the meatball pizza received one sole vote, (the pizza thanks you for that, Kevin!) so I’ll put that one on the back burner for now.
I’m painfully indecisive, so thank you for choosing my weekend menu for me – this was immensely helpful.
What is on the menu for you this weekend? The Friday night agenda for me: eating out! Whatever your plans, enjoy!
cool on the fish. maybe ill even try the fish…i usually dont eat it, but i might give it a shot… =)
Hi there! That’s great – – please check back next week and tell me what you think of the recipe 🙂
I think it’s because the chances of having the equipment needed for making pizza are quite low…
Good point. I should have mentioned that my recipe is an easy weeknight version that uses pita bread to create small, individual pizzas. Thanks for the comment 🙂
Can’t wait for the shepherds pie
I had a quick question about a previous recipe, the winter veggie pasta dish. My wife may or may not (we’re not sure) be allergic to squash. Any ideas about a veggie that I could use to replace the squash? I guess I could have commented on that recipe, but it was so popular I didn’t want my question lost! Thanks!
Hmmm.. how about adding some extra carrots and some parsnips instead. That should lend a similar sweetness to the dish.
Thanks! I’ll give that a shot.
